The technician (Ron) was on time very professional and diagnosed the issue that I had with the freezer leaking water on the floor very quickly. The problem was a clogged defroster drain that he fixed. Ron did an outstanding job of explaining how the defroster works within the freezer.

The dryer was dropped in transit and did not run correctly afterwards. The serviceman realigned the blower assembly and cleaned the cabinet. The serviceman knew his stuff and took care of the problem. Recommend Solar.
