We had a technician Scott service our washing machine that all of a sudden started making a loud screeching noise while the agitator was moving. He was very nice professional and had us back up and running in less then 1 hr. Communication was great as well from booking the appointment to solving the issue.

Solar was scheduled to fix my dishwasher which was still under warranty. They were good communicating with me directly to verify the appointment day and time. Daniel was prompt, pleasant and very courteous. He figured out the problem quickly. Solar seems like a very professional operation which is probably why Whirlpool uses them.

We have two new appliances, both KitchenAid. There was an issue with the oven door, and Solar is trying hard to get us a new door that is undamaged. The issue is strictly with the door that KitchenAid sent. Jeff, the tech with Solar, was great. Personable, professional, and courteous. Also of note, they were on time (or early).
