Our appliance technician Ray, demonstrated a Total Customer Service attitude and implementation in repairing our induction range. Ray’s safe, and technically thorough troubleshooting sure paid out on this older, but very functional appliance. Ray replaced the defective switch/heat selector... potentiometer with a newer part than original equipment. It was physically different than original, and connected a bit differently than original. His skill with his VOM and innate knowledge of this range enabled him to successfully repair this system. Ray had a few obstacles to overcome as this turned out to not be a simple R&R action as expected. A very masterful repair implemented by a courteous and competent Master Technician.
